01 — What you're losing
It's almost never the design.
The account that went quiet in March
The review nobody answered
The form nobody finishes
The call that came in at seven
The customer who only bought once
You don't need a rebuild to fix most of this. You need someone to look at all five, tell you what's actually broken, and then run the parts you shouldn't have to.
02 — The teardown
Here's what I look at before I say a word.
None of that needs a rebuild. It's five systems, and most of them can be running inside a week — then they keep running.
03 — The checklist
I check all of this. Every time.
The same list every time, start to finish, in about an hour — and it costs you nothing. Most businesses fail eight to twelve of them. Sometimes I fix the worst one before you've paid me, just to show you what I'd do.
04 — What I’d run for you
Five systems that run without you.
AI does the repetitive half — drafting, scheduling, tagging, chasing. You approve anything that speaks for your business. That's what makes one operator enough.
05 — How I work
Look. Map. Build. Operate.
Four stages, and you can point at all of them. The fourth one doesn't end, because everything here goes quietly wrong when nobody's watching — and you'll always be able to see what I did that month.

06 — Who I am
I'm Vu Tran, a digital operator.
It's not a standard job title. It means I take on the whole digital side of a business — the site, the funnel, the tracking, the follow-up — instead of one slice of it and a referral for the rest.
I've been doing this since 1998. Self-taught, out of 90s SoCal street subculture, which is still where my eye comes from. I've built brand identities, member areas, subscription flows, and live-streaming interfaces for one of the highest-traffic platforms on the internet. I've run my own stores and spent my own money on ads, so I know exactly what it costs when a page doesn't convert.
I work solo by design. You get the person doing the work, not a junior three steps removed from whoever you met. When a job needs more hands, I bring in people I've worked alongside for years, and an AI stack that takes the repetitive half off the table.
Formal training on the models I build with
- OpenAI
- Anthropic
Not because a certificate wins work — but because knowing which model to reach for, and when not to reach for one at all, is most of the job.
07 — The ask
What part of the business feels harder than it should?
Tell me the process, the handoff, or the page that isn't working. If I can help, I'll tell you how. If I can't, I'll tell you that too — that answer is free and it's usually worth more than a proposal.
