Overview
VT Digital Operator (“VTDO,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a strategy, design, and technology practice based in Orange County, California. This notice explains how information may be collected and used when you visit vtdigitaloperator.com, schedule a consultation, or contact VTDO.
Information we collect
Information you choose to provide. This may include your name, email address, phone number, business information, scheduling details, and anything you include in a consultation request or later communication.
Basic website and security data. Our hosting and website systems may process information such as IP address, browser and device type, referring page, pages requested, timestamps, and technical logs needed to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the site.
Consultation scheduling through Cal.com
The consultation calendar is provided through an embedded Cal.com booking tool. When you choose to schedule, Cal.com may collect the contact, scheduling, questionnaire, device, usage, and cookie information described in its own privacy policy. The information needed to manage the requested meeting is made available to VTDO. Cal.com’s current privacy notice is available at cal.com/privacy.
Spam protection through Google reCAPTCHA
The inquiry form on this site is protected by Google reCAPTCHA v3, which helps tell real visitors apart from automated abuse. reCAPTCHA collects hardware and software information — such as device and application data and the results of integrity checks — and sends it to Google for analysis. It runs only on the page containing the form. Use of reCAPTCHA is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Cookies and site technology
This site sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics or advertising technology. Embedded third-party features may set their own cookies or similar technologies: the Cal.com booking tool on the scheduling page, and Google reCAPTCHA on the page containing the inquiry form. Blocking those technologies may prevent the embedded features from working correctly. If nonessential analytics or advertising technology is ever added, this notice will be updated before it is activated.
How we use information
To respond to your request and manage a consultation or business conversation. To provide, document, and improve requested services. To operate, secure, maintain, and troubleshoot the website and its connected services. To comply with legal obligations and protect VTDO, visitors, and others from misuse or harm.
VTDO does not sell personal information. The current website does not use submitted consultation information for automated decision-making.
Service providers and external links
VTDO relies on service providers to host and operate the site, deliver website email, manage scheduling, and provide other necessary infrastructure. These providers may process information only as needed to deliver their services and according to their own terms and privacy practices. Current core providers include Vercel for website hosting, Resend for website email delivery, Cal.com for consultation scheduling, and Google reCAPTCHA for form spam protection.
The site also links to external services. VTDO is not responsible for the privacy practices of sites it links to, and you should review their notices separately.
Retention and security
Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, to maintain business and security records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Retention periods may also depend on the settings and policies of the service providers used. VTDO uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices and requests
You may ask what personal information VTDO holds about you, request a correction, or request deletion where applicable. To make a privacy request, use the contact form on this site or email hello@vtdigitaloperator.com and clearly identify the message as a privacy request. VTDO may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
Children’s privacy
This website and VTDO’s services are intended for businesses and adults. VTDO does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

This notice may be updated when the website, connected services, or data practices change. The date above will be revised when an update is posted.
